Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refund is issued to original payment method
• Processing time: 3–7 business days

Return shipping

• Customer pays return shipping
• Unless item is faulty or incorrect

Under EU law, you have a 2-year warranty.

If your item is defective or damaged:

• Include photos + order number

We’ll fix it.
